About the Trainer

This session is delivered by Career Decisions, one of Ireland’s largest award-winning leadership advisory firms. Established in 1994, the firm partners with organisations nationally and internationally and is supported by a network of over 50 leadership subject matter experts and experienced practitioners. The webinar will be led by Kerrie Downey, a highly accomplished leadership facilitator and executive practitioner with senior experience in TikTok and Amazon. She brings deep expertise in high-performance cultures, leading in fast-paced environments, and developing leaders to drive measurable impact. Participants will experience a powerful, practical insight drawn from the Level 8 Diploma in High Performance Leadership, that Career Decisions deliver in partnership with Technological University Dublin.
