Building Boundaries at Work and Home - Webinar
Overview
This practical session supports professionals to build clear boundaries across work and home to better manage their mental load, time and energy.
Many people understand boundaries in theory, but struggle to apply them in real life, especially when balancing competing demands, team expectations and responsibilities outside of work.
It’s easy to fall into reactive mode, where everything feels urgent, rather than focusing on what matters.
Drawing from the FRAZZLE framework, this session focuses on realistic ways to prioritise effectively, communicate boundaries clearly and reduce the pressure of trying to do everything.
Participants will be guided through practical reflections to help them identify where boundaries may need to be strengthened, with clear examples they can adapt to their own situation.
Learning Outcomes
By attending this session, participants will:
✔ Learn how to prioritise what matters most using simple tools.
✔ Learn how to set and communicate clear boundaries at work.
✔ Identify opportunities to set boundaries at home using the ‘Mental Load Menu’.
Why should I attend
If you feel like your time is stretched too thin or find it hard to switch off from work, this session will introduce practical tools to help you take more control of your time.
You’ll learn how to set clear boundaries around your workload to support your focus during work hours.
Using the ‘How to Run Your Home Like a Business’ approach, you’ll also see how the same structure and prioritisation you use at work can help you manage responsibilities at home more effectively.
