Sustainable Cork Programme
The Sustainable Cork Programme, initiated by Cork Chamber, in May 2020 at the height of the COVID-19 Pandemic is a designed to set a vision for a more sustainable and resilient Cork, empowered by a thriving business community. The Programme is being activated across every strand of Chamber activity.
Phase 1 of the Programme
Phase 1 of the programme took place between May and July 2020. There were two significant elements to this phase; sector-by-sector Think Tanks and a public survey. On completion, the findings of both were published in a report ‘Building Economic Resilience’ and made available to members.
The findings of Phase 1 will then be used to feed into Cork Chamber activities to ensure a more resilient economic future for Cork. Activities for Phase 2 and beyond will include new webinar series with speakers offering the latest built environment, sustainable and economic perspectives.
If you want to hear more about the programme, or wish to be involved please get in touch.
