About the Trainers
Mary Cummins and Aideen Shannon are experienced leadership facilitators, coaches and programme designers who work with organisations across the private and public sectors to develop confident, effective leaders and positive workplace cultures.
Mary is a Leadership & Executive Coach with an M.A. in Learning & Development whose work focuses on helping leaders build trust, strengthen relationships and lead with greater self-awareness. Her leadership insights have been featured in both local and national media.
Aideen is an EMCC-accredited Senior Practitioner Coach and leadership facilitator with a background in HR, leadership development and workplace wellbeing. She brings extensive experience supporting managers to build strong communication skills and create environments where individuals and teams can perform and thrive.
Together, they design and deliver practical leadership and management programmes that equip leaders with the skills to navigate important workplace conversations with confidence and clarity.
