About the Trainer
Shay is a Programme Manager and Facilitator in Professional Education at Trinity Innovation and Enterprise. As an accredited Creative Problem-Solving (CPS) facilitator, Shay is driven to support organisations in their problems-solving endeavours through the design, development and delivery of impactful programmes in innovation and creativity. Shay has delivered problem-solving workshops across both public and private sector clients, including the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform, Central Bank of Ireland, Allianz, Irish Revenue and Brown Thomas Arnotts.
