The Constitution of CUMANN TRÁCHTÁLA CORCAIGHE – The Cork Chamber of Commerce is our core corporate governance document. It outlines our Memorandum and Articles of Association, setting out the purpose of the organisation and the rules by which we are governed. It provides the framework for how we operate, make decisions, and remain accountable to our members.

In addition to the Constitution, Cork Chamber has developed a Governance Manual to support the organisation in operating to the highest standards of efficient and effective corporate governance. While the Constitution outlines our formal legal structure, purpose, and rules of operation, the Governance Manual provides a practical framework for how the Board and the organisation function day to day. It sets out the systems, processes, and responsibilities that guide how decisions are made, how we remain accountable, and how we stay aligned with our mission. Together, these documents ensure that Cork Chamber is purpose-driven, transparent, and governed with integrity.
