This 90-minute webinar introduces the core concepts of the Insights Discovery model in an engaging and accessible way. Participants will explore how recognising personality preferences can lead to stronger connections, more clear communication, and greater harmony across teams and departments.
An informal Insights evaluation will be included as part of the session, along with examples of how “Team Wheels” can be used to improve dynamics in groups, projects, and cross-functional teams.
