Personal Effectiveness



This personal effectiveness workshop is designed to provide participants with the opportunity to reflect on the skills and personal competencies needed to respond to the challenges presented in a VUCA world.  VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) represents the global economic landscape that many employees are navigating right now and into the future.   The workshop focuses primarily on soft skills and introduces several communication tools that are guaranteed to improve your employee’s ability to maximize their communications with colleagues, teams, and superiors.  Participants will evaluate barriers to effective communication and identify solutions to everyday communication dilemmas.   This workshop will introduce the concept of conversational intelligence which is grounded in neuroscience – a highly impactful tool that will empower employees to maximize the impact of every conversation at work. A key feature of all our personal and professional development work is to empower participant to develop a greater awareness of themselves and how they interact with others.
