Derrycourt Cleaning Specialists Clean's up at the Golden Service Awards in London

The Golden Service Awards Finals took place on Friday 23rd at the Hilton, Park Lane and Derrycourt had a record number of nine sites short listed for the awards. A total of 25 awards were presented on the day recognising excellence in the Cleaning Services for companies in the UK and Ireland.
In 2009, 2011 and 2013 Derrycourt were delighted to have received two awards each year from this prestigious body. However this year we are honoured to announce that we double this, taking a total of four awards!
Judging for the finals was based on a combination of site visits and reviewing of documentation submitted, with judging criteria including staff management, training, innovation and client relationships.

The presented awards include:
• Cleanest Healthcare Site in Ireland and the UK
• Best Company to work for in Ireland and the UK
• Cleanest Hospitality Site in Ireland and the UK
• Overall Cleaner of the Year in Ireland and the UK

Derrycourt are elated with this achievement. The Golden Service Awards are the pinnacle of the cleaning industry accolades and this is the third time that Derrycourt won the Healthcare award, the second consecutive year for winning this section and the Cleaning operative of the Year award. There was some stiff competition with some very well know UK landmarks shortlisted for the sections were in, which was a real bonus for us!
Derrycourt Cleaning Specialists was established in 1992 by Ann O’Hanlon, Managing Director and Martin O’Hanlon, Director. Both Ann and Martin have over 32 years’ experience in the cleaning sector. With this knowledge they have built a strong reputable company which has earned its position as an industry leader.
