Mindfulness in the heart of Killarney's National Park

"Mindfulness in Muckross” will take place on 7th November in Killarney’s oldest hotel and beautiful 5* resort, Muckross Park Hotel and Spa. Leading psychologist & author Hugh O’Donovan will enlighten guests with the concept of Mindfulness and its practices.
