Festivities will swing into action between 4pm and 10:30pm so put on your favourite lederhosen and alpine accessories and be sure to hang around for performances by local brass bands – The Barrack Street Brass Band and the Blarney Brass Band as well as special guest performances each evening by the famous Edelweiss Oompah Brass Band who really get everyone in the festival mood.
An extra element to this year’s festival offering will see LIVE Rugby World Cup matches being shown on giant screens at each of the Oktoberfest Beag events. Add to the mix; games, dj’s and some fantastic corporate packages and it promises to be an evening jam-packed with uber culture and craic in equal measure!
