Brook Food Services are delighted to announce the appointment of Rose McHugh as Chairman to the Company

Brook Food Services are delighted to announce the appointment of Rose McHugh as Chairman to the Company.
Rose’s role as Chairman of the Company means that she will lead the Board in its task of implementing the overall strategic plan for Brook Food Services.
Rose is currently non-executive director of Origin Enterprises Plc, Irish Music Rights Organisation Ltd (IMRO) and Xiu Lan Hotels Ltd, the company that controls the hotels in The Fota Collection.
As Rose outlines; “I look forward to working closely with the Directors and Executives at Brook Food Services who have created great foundations from which we can work together to steer the Team as they continue to expand on both a local and national level”.
This is a very exciting time for all at Brook, particularly given the Company’s recent re-brand from Brook Catering to Brook Food Services.
On behalf of the Team, we would like to officially welcome Rose to Brook Food Services. We look forward to working together in bringing the Company onto even bigger and better things.
