Cracking start to new Smarter Egg season

Representatives from across the business community recently gathered for the first in a new season of Smarter Egg events at the White Horse in Ballincollig.

Speaking about the event, Aodan Enright, Founder of Smarter Egg said, “In celebration of International Women's Day, we had an all-female line-up who had a rich collection of stories to tell. Our on-stage interview featured Gillian Keating, Partner at JW O'Donovan Solicitors & current President of Cork Chamber. We heard Gillian's story, of how she became one of the most important business figures in the region and the first female president of Cork Chamber in almost two centuries of existence”.

The event also featured “Egg Talks” from Miriam O'Connell of Space for Change who shared insights from her transformational work with organisations. Aoife Rigney, Digital Marketing and Social Media Expert discussed the growing phenomenon of digital addiction and Julia Lynes of EazyCity reported from the entrepreneurial coal-face as she continues to build businesses internationally.

Smarter Egg is a growing business based in Cork providing programmes and events that build connective tissue between people and ideas, all in the context of building stronger businesses. The programmes use the latest business thinking in a supportive, yet challenging, environment and have proven popular with a wide range of successful businesses as well as large multi-national organisations.
