A truly effective team will be one that is better managed through better planning and better communication.
The successful team will also benefit from playing to the strengths of individual members, whilst contributing to overall achievment.
At the end of this workshop, participants will have gained skills in developing the performance of their direct reports.
Each team member will excel in some areas and struggle in others. Managers will be able to work with each to help them achieve the best performance they can realistically achieve.
