Free Online Webinar – Building Personal Resilience

Our bounce-back-ability has never been needed more, as we venture together, tentatively, into the new normal of the ‘never normal no more!’
Much is uncertain, but what we know for sure is that the road ahead will contain speed bumps, sharp bends, and unknown roads. Buckle up. Resilience required.
Learning Objectives
Topics will include:
- Emotional Resilience
- Cognitive Resilience
- Digital Resilience
Who Should Attend?
Anyone who anticipates facing challenges ahead; all are welcome, no prior learning required.
