Mike is a management and training consultant and focuses on lecturing to university students at Masters Level in the areas of HRD and HRM; the design and delivery of Train the Trainer and Supervisory Management programmes; delivery of Irish Institute of Training and Development and other FETAC accredited programmes and the design and facilitation of Leadership Development programmes to the manufacturing and service sectors.

David is the owner and senior consultant of Alora Consultants, a company which helps businesses in both public and private sectors become better, faster and more cost effective. Alora Consultants specialise in continuous improvement tools and methodologies such as lean manufacturing, lean six sigma and change management.
David has over 15 years international experience in a variety of roles for a number of international companies in the food, pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. A certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, David also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, a Master’s degree in Engineering, a Certificate in Training and Development and a Higher Diploma in Management Practice. Pat is recognised as a strong advocate of the value of Project Management both within Ireland and internationally. Pat was awarded overall winner of the International Project Management Association’s Project Manager of the Year in Ireland for 2005. Pat was subsequently invited to join the elite faculty of the Institute of Project Management in Ireland to lecture on Risk Management and Project Governance. Pat has also been elected as Officer of the PMI in Ireland.

David has been working in the training and consulting industry since 1994. He previously held training management positions with Irish Permanent plc and the Esat Telecom Group. He joined the Evolve Organisational Learning Consultants practice in 1999.
He works as a trainer, mentor and consultant in the areas of management/personal development and business development. David holds third level qualifications in management, business management, public relations and marketing. He is a qualified member of the British Psychological Society (Level 2), and a qualified Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Training Practitioner. Prior to joining The Discovery Partnership, Veronica was the Principal of Effective Solutions - providing Business & Organisational Consultancy, Training & Development and Mediation Services to private clients and semi state organisations. She has 22 years combined experience with international and indigenous companies.
Veronica is a practising Accredited Commercial and Civil Mediator with ADR Group U.K.(Alternate Dispute Resolution)& FriaryLaw, Ireland. She facilitates mediations between business partners and employer/employee mediations. She has a practitioner's Employment Law qualification and is an Accredited trainer and facilitator (Irish Institute of Training and Development).
Marieanne is the Managing Director of E-Bridge and has over 20 years of experience in the training industry. E-Bridge offers new and customised training solutions that promise to bridge the gap between people’s current skill level and what they need/should know in order to increase productivity.
