TDR Quantity Surveying Services now offer mediation services

We are please to announce that TDR Quantity Surveying Services now offer mediation services.
David McCarthy is now an accredited mediator and has substantial experience in mediation, primarily in the Construction Industry. He is also a Chartered Surveyor and possesses an LLM in Construction Law and Practice.
“Having also worked on substantial arbitrations and conciliations, I see the mediation process as the most collaborative process that allows parties find a solution to their difficulties in an open, proactive and comparatively inexpensive way.”
David is
• an accredited Mediator in Civil and Commercial Mediation (Accredited by CIArb)
• a member of the Mediators’ Institute of Ireland (MII)
• a member of the RICS Ireland Panel of Mediators and Conciliators for construction related disputes
• a certified Practitioner with Dispute Boards MENA (DBMENA)
