Taking your performance to the next level with Smarter Egg

The 2015 season of Smarter Egg events continues at the White Horse in Ballincollig, Cork on Thursday, 25 June at 6pm with a line-up of four impressive people with fascinating stories to tell.

Speaking in advance of the event, Aodan Enright, Founder of Smarter Egg said, “Our contributors this month have dedicated their working lives to helping others realize their full potential. In this intimate music venue we are going to hear their stories up close and personal”.

“We are delighted to have Enda McNulty join us in our Red Chair for an in-depth interview. Enda is one of the most respected figures in Irish sport. His work as a performance coach for the Leinster and Ireland rugby teams has been instrumental in their recent success. He works around the world with elite athletes, teams and organisations through his business Motiv8. His passion for high performance and in learning what works for people in different disciplines, shines through everything he does”.

Aodan Enright went on to say, “On 25 June we will also be joined by three very talented people for our Egg Talks, who each have their own angle on what it takes to improve our performance in work and life.
- Niall O’Callaghan, a performance coach and experienced athlete who blends fitness and life coaching principles to help people keep fit, healthy and happy. Niall is a core member of the Pure Results Bootcamp team.
- Jennifer O’Callaghan of Nutrition4Living who is helping hundreds of people to live life to the full and is also a key member of the Pure Results Bootcamp team and
- Brad Allen, founder of Simply Effective who is driven by the idea that it is possible to thrive in this busy and crazy world and ensure that more of the right things are getting done in the right way”.
