Port of Cork Redevelopment Good News for Economy

Chambers Ireland has today welcomed the decision by An Bord Pleanála to grant the Port of Cork’s planning application for the redevelopment of existing Port facilities at Ringaskiddy, Co. Cork as an important step for enhancing national infrastructure.

Speaking this morning, Mark O’Mahoney, Director of Policy and Communications, Chambers Ireland said "The redevelopment of the Port of Cork is good news not just for the Southern region, but for the wider economy. This is a major infrastructural investment that will support economic growth and increase our competitiveness.”
