Intervention by LRC in Bus Dispute Welcomed

Chambers Ireland has today welcomed the initiative by the Labour Relations Commission to invite bus companies and trade unions to return to talks aimed at reaching a resolution in their ongoing industrial dispute.

Speaking today, Ian Talbot, Chief Executive, Chambers Ireland said, “We urge all parties to engage fully with the LRC process and to endeavour to find a solution to this dispute. Nobody is gaining from the current situation and a swift resolution is in the interests of all parties as well as consumers and the business community.”
