Preparations for the Cork Chamber Annual Dinner ramp up before the ‘Big Night’ on Friday 7th February
Well-known business leader, Liam Casey, CEO & Founder, PCH International will be the Keynote Speaker for this year’s Cork Chamber Annual Dinner. A Cork native, Casey has built up his company, which he founded in 1996, to be one of the most crucial supply chain and delivery providers for major global tech brands. Chamber President, Gillian Keating will also deliver the Chamber Presidential Address on the night.
The Chamber Dinner, which is Cork’s most popular business event, got off to a great start this week. Teams of caterers, chefs, decorators, florists, entertainers, cleaners and painters are gearing up to prepare the City Hall for the most stylish and well-attended event of the social and business calendar! Cork Chamber has worked closely with local businesses and suppliers across the region, whose products and services will contribute to the success of this event.
Business leaders, political leaders, dignitaries and well-known media personalities will assemble in City Hall on Friday night, 7th February to network and celebrate another year in business and showcase the best of Cork businesses at the Cork Company of the Year Awards, sponsored by Vodafone Ireland, which are presented on the night.
Just under 1,000 tickets for the coveted Dinner were immediately sold out in advance of the event. Every year, there is an ever-extending waiting list for the event, as the Chamber membership increases. The event is an ideal way to connect and reconnect with peers, business contacts, develop new contacts and be part of the success story of Cork’s leading businesses.
“The Annual Cork Chamber Dinner is the largest, most popular and prestigious business event in Cork. Over the next few days, we are working to make sure that this year’s event is yet another huge success for the business people of Cork. The standard and quality of the applications for this year’s ‘Company of the Year’ Awards is extremely high. Winners in each category of the Awards, as well as the overall Cork Company of the Year will be announced at the event’, said Conor Healy, CEO, Cork Chamber.
