Cork Company Of The Year 2012
It’s that time of year again and Cork Chamber in association with Vodafone are excited to announce that applications are now being taken for the 2012 Cork Company of the Year.
There are three main categories in which businesses can be nominated and entrants from all business sectors and company sizes are welcome. Companies must be able to demonstrate a commitment to success and outstanding achievement in 2011.
Award Categories
- Cork Large Company of the Year (> 100 employees)
- Cork SME of the Year (<100 employees)
- Emerging Cork Company of the Year (<5 years in business)
This year an overall winner of the Cork Chamber Cork Company of the Year Award will be announced from the category winners at the Cork Chamber Annual Dinner on Friday, 3rd February 2012 in Cork City Hall.

Please provide a compelling business case as to why the company should be potentially recognised as the 2012 Cork Company of the Year including evidence of the following criteria:
- Strategic Vision
- Innovation
- Growth
- Sales & Marketing Strategy
- Sustainability
Deadline for entries: 1pm Thursday 3rd November 2011
Further Details
A shortlist of companies will be selected from the applications in each category, further information and documentation will be required at this stage, and interviews may be necessary in the final stage.
The shortlisted companies in each category will be promoted in the Examiner newspaper, ChamberLink magazine, on www.corkchamber.ie and on footage shown at the Cork Chamber Annual Dinner.
The winners of Cork Company of the Year Awards will be announced and presented with an award trophy at the Cork Chamber Annual Dinner on Friday, 3rd February 2012 in which over 900 people will be in attendance.
